Data Usage: The information you provide, including your name, mobile phone number, and texting preferences, will be used solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding our property management services, rental updates, maintenance coordination, and promotions via SMS.

No Sharing of SMS Data: Notwithstanding any other provision in this policy, we will not share, sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information, including your mobile phone number and consent data, to any third party for the purpose of their own text message marketing or any other marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services necessary to deliver the messages.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For example, we may retain rental application data and lease agreements for the duration of the tenancy plus the statutory period required for tax and legal defense purposes (typically 4 to 7 years).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
